About

You know that little lock at the top of the webpage in the address bar? You NEED that. It’s like saying your website is safe. I can help you with that!

You interested in getting a website for your business? Maybe a new website? Read below about why you should hire me and not a big company.

Did you know 60-70% of people now use the internet mostly or primarily on their phones? It’s true. Websites that look great on phones are important!

Click below to read the rest of the story from the home page. This is the part where you learn why you should hire me, and fire the big company!  You can do this on your own – and I can help!

Web design is a field that has progressed to the point that the general public no longer actually needs a designer to have a world class webpage. Many years ago the emergence of WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) front end editors began. They were pretty awful and were nowhere near as cool as what a professionally trained designer could do. That is no longer true.

Web designers don’t want you to know this though. The industry standard is to hit you with complicated language, and to make things sound so opaque that you’ll just hire them. Today’s front end editors like Elementor and Divi are so good, that amazing websites take a fraction of the time and can be done by most tech savvy people. So what is my business model? Simply put to pull back the curtain and expose the BS, then to offer you discounted website deployment and instruction on how to use it!

If you are reasonably tech savvy you could watch a few YouTube videos and learn to do your entire site absolutely by yourself. However, many don’t have the time, and that’s where I come in. My prices start at just $300 dollars. I will spend two days doing what you could – but don’t want to do. Following that, I will show you how to edit your own page and you can skip the “content moderation” contract with a traditional designer too. You can do this!

However, if you don’t want to, I can, and will do it for you. One difference – I charge $10 to $15 per month… because it’s just not that hard, nor does it take much time. A traditional web designer will charge you a $50 minimum to change a few words if you don’t have a contract with them. It’s garbage.  Now you know.  Oh, and don’t even get me started on those SEO guys… Ugh.

ABout Me

I got into web design when I was a musician. Promoting your band is job number one. In this capacity I took classes on web design and graphic design and within a few years I was doing album covers, liner art, and a lot more. That beginning has led to a skill that I have used in the more than 15 years since.
